“Structure-property relationships in oxide ion conductors for energy applications: Insight from neutron diffraction, total scattering and spectroscopy”

October 16. 14:15

Ivana Radosavljević Evans is a Professor of Structural and Materials Chemistry at Durham University in the UK. She has extensive experience in the use of neutron facilities  (ISIS, ILL, ANSTO, NIST), including diffraction (powder and single crystal), total scattering and spectroscopy (INS, QENS) techniques, applied in research areas ranging from inorganic materials for energy and environmental applications (ionic conductors, phosphors) to molecular solids (ferroelectrics, pharmaceuticals). She is currently the Vice-Chair of the International Union of Crystallography Powder Diffraction Commission.
