Invoices
Once the Technical Organization has received the booking of the services and checked the payment has been correctly made, will issue and send the corresponding invoice of the registration by email.

Those attendees having any special requirements (regarding food or mobility), should state it in the ‘Additional requirement’ section in the Registration form.
Cancellations
The Conference’s refund return policy, in case a confirmed attendee cancels its registration, goes as follows:
